Professor, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Head of the Department of Accreditation and Quality Management at Toraigyrov Pavlodar State University. Research and teaching experience – 37 years. She has held the positions of a college director, a deputy director of the Research Institute of Meat and Dairy Products, director of the Department of Strategic Development and Quality Assessment. Professor Abimuldina has been awarded with the grant from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan as "Best University Teacher" (2010).

Nadezhda A. Zavalko

Head of the Expert Council for Educational Specialties

Professor, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Department of Pedagogical Education and Management at Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University, Academician of the International Academy of Pedagogical Education, Academician of the International Academy of Informatization. In different years, she held positions of the Head of the Department, Director of a Higher College of Pedagogy, Director of the Institute of Continuous Professional Education. She is an author of more than 200 research studies. Professor Zavalko has been a member of the Expert Council for Pedagogy and Psychology under the Committee of Control and Attestation of the MES RK (2006 - 2010). She has been awarded twice with the grant from the MES RK "Best University Teacher" (2005, 2011).

Head of the Expert Council for Humanities, Law and Business

Associate Professor, Candidate of Economical Sciences, Head of the Department of the World Economy and International Relations at Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz. She has 20 years of professional experience in research and teaching within one university, where she rose throught the ranks from a teacher to a head of department, and has been holding the latter position for almost 10 years.

Nurzhan A. Bokayev

Head of the Expert Council for Scientific Education

Professor, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Head of the Department of Advanced Math at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, Gumilyov Eurasian National University. Professor Bokayev has a long history of working as a Head of the Department, Dean of the Faculty, supervisor on completion of research projects on fundamental studies of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, space studies. He is an awardee of the grant of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Best University Teacher" (2006 and 2010). In 2002, the American Biographical Institute awarded him with the recognition as the "Man of the Year".

Nurgul K. Khamzina

Head of the Expert Council for Medical Education

Professor, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Acting rector of Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University. In different years, she has been a Director of the Department of Research and Human Resources under the Ministry of Healthcare, Director of the Department of Integrated Academic System of Healthcare at the Nazarbayev University. She is a developer of Concepts on reforming medical organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2006-2010, development of medical education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2019, development of the medical science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2007-2012, coordinator of activities on the establisment of the integrated academic system, which includes a corporate work of Research centers of Nazarbayev University (Private organization "National Laboratory Astana"), Clinics "National Medical Holding" (currently – a Corporate Fund "University Medical Center" ) and the School of Medicine.

Head of the Expert Council for Agricultural Programmes (Agricultural and Veterinary)

Professor, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Dean of the Faculty of Chemical Technologies and Science at Toraigyrov Pavlodar State University. Professor Akhmetov has an extensive experience in the leading roles as a Dean of the institute, Director of the institute, Director of the Academic and Professional Complex, Vice-Rector for Research. He is an author of the technology of using a biological product «Bakticid» in river conditions for the biological control of larvae numbers of blood-sucking midges on the instruction of the LLC «Sibbiopharm» (Novosibirsk, Russian Federadion). He is awarded with the medal named after N.I.Vavidov by the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.

Aigul K. Kulbekova

Head of the Expert Council for Specialties in Art and Service

Associate Professor, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor at the Department of Pedagogy and Choreography of the Kazakh National Academy of Choreography. She has experience of working as a head of the dance ensemble, the main ballet-mistress, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Choreography, Acting Dean, Director of the Institute of Culture and Arts. Professor Kulbekova is a member of the Union of Choreographers of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She has been awarded with the rank "Cultural Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

Raushan O. Zhilisbayeva

Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Dean of the Faculty of Light Inductries and Design at Almaty Technological University. She has 20 years of experience in leading the faculty. Professor Zhilisbayeva is an author of 10 patents and certificates. She took part in research internships at the Institute of Inductrial Technologies KITECH (South Korea), European Institute of Design (Italy), Manchester Metropolitan University (for the programme "Bolashak"), a recepient of the grant "Best University Teacher" (2010).

Head of the Expert Council for Technological Specialties

Professor, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Vice-Rector for Research and Methodological Affairs at Satpayev Kazakh National Research Technical University. Professor Iskakov has an extensive experience in leading positions as a Head of the Steering committee at 2 research seminars on NATO «Science for the Sake of Peace», Head of the Innovative and Educational Center for «Chemical Research» at Kazakh-British Technical University. He worked as an Associate Professor at the Institute of Polymer Materials in Tokio, a recepient of the award for Young Researchers «Nara Symposium on Application of Biomedical Polymer in Pharmactutics» (Japan).

Gulnar Sh. Zhaksybayeva

Head of the Expert Council for Specialties in Industry and Construction

Associate Professor, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at Karaganda State Industrial University. Professor Zhaksybayeva is a recepient of the international scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Bolashak” (London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE), United Kingdom), Recepient of the grant from the MES RK «Best University Teacher» (2009). She has an extensive experience of working as a Dean of the Faculty, Director of the Department for Bologna Process and Quality of Education, as well as an experience of working as a Vice-Rector. She also underwent the training cources on enhancing leadership qualifications in the United Kingdom and Singapore.
