THROUGH ACCREDITATION TO INTEGRATION OF EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS

The Republic of Kazakhstan is well integrated into the international academic world. All the leading universities in the world want to improve the scientific and academic branch of their university. Therefore, the quality of higher education is a central task of any university.

The experience of the international expert of accreditation commissions allowed me to get to know Kazakhstan higher education institutions, not only to find good contacts with leading experts of higher education in the Republic of Kazakhstan, but also to find good friends with whom I communicate outside of work. The Agency for Accreditation for 10 years of work has grown very professionally. The agency is recognized by international accreditation organizations and has a large network of highly qualified experts.

The Agency constantly improves the quality of its work and is an active disseminator of knowledge about higher education and science of the RK in the world. Experts working in Kazakhstan often become people who explain to their foreign colleagues about the development of universities in Kazakhstan. Each country, each people has its own specifics, cultural identity and one of the important functions of the Agency is that the higher education and science of the RK develop at the level of the world, but at the same time, culture and traditions were preserved.

Higher education and science is the most important strategic potential of the people and therefore the Accreditation of Higher Education system is the guarantor of that international standards will be taken into account, but knowledge of local conditions will not be infringed. I personally would never leave all responsibility to the international accreditation agency, since the evaluation should be given in a symbiosis between both structures, both external and internal accreditation.
