CALL FOR PAPERS
On September 20-21, 2018 "Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education" (IQAA) holds Eurasian Forum on Quality Assurance in Education “Forward to the Future: Trends, Problems and Perspectives of Quality Assurance in Higher Education”, dedicated to the Agency's 10th Anniversary.
Who are the participants?
Among participants of the forum there are:
• Representatives of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA);
• Representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• International experts from Europe, Russia, Central Asia and the Caucasus;
• National experts of the IQAA.
We kindly invite heads of education institutions, heads of offices and departments for accreditation and quality assurance, deans, heads of chairs, lecturers of universities and colleges to participate in the forum and make reports.
Who are the speakers?
Keynote speakers are invited from the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Russia, Estonia, Moldova and Kazakhstan.
What are the main topics?
The forum have panel discussions and public speeches on the following topics:
• University management;
• Internal quality assurance system and institutional development;
• Evaluation of student-centered learning and student involvement in the quality assurance system;
• Quality assurance and employment of graduates.
What is the format of participation?
The Forum offers three formats of participation:
• Publication of the article in the collection of scientific articles;
• Without publication of the article;
• Distance publication of the article.
Working languages are Kazakh, Russian and English.
What are the benefits?
• Following the results of the forum, a collection of research articles with ISBN will be prepared and published.
• Articles recommended by reviewers will be published in the Russian journal of the Moscow State Pedagogical University “Pedagogy and Psychology of Education”, which is included in the Russian Science Citation Index.
• Participants of the forum are awarded standard certificates.
How much does the forum fee cost?
The forum fee per participant excluding VAT:
• For participants registered until July 1, 2018 is 30 000 (thirty thousand) tenge;
• For participants registered after July 1, 2018 is 36 000 (thirty six thousand) tenge;
• For distant participants is 10 000 (ten thousand) tenge (in this case payment is proceeded after confirmation of paper publication by the editorial committee).
Organizational committee of the forum will be grateful to you for dissemination of this information among scientific community interested in publishing of their papers.
